Deborah Deras is a leading expert in AI for Small Businesses, currently developing an AI Certificate Program at Santa Barbara City College and pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at the University of San Diego, where her research focuses on the impact of AI in the workplace.

As the founder of Synergy Unlimited LLC, Deborah brings over 25 years of expertise in corporate training, consulting, and keynote speaking. With a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in Marketing, she seamlessly blends academic excellence with practical applications, backed by 20 years as a Professor specializing in Organizational Leadership: Burnout, Team Building, and Energy Management.
